We are delighted to welcome Dr. Carmen Pavel as Associate Director and Research Professor at the Freedom Center, and Managing Editor of Social Philosophy and Policy. For the past two years, Carmen has been a post-doc at the Freedom Center and then a visiting professor in the School of Government and Public Policy. Her current research project is a book on the role of international institutions in constraining state sovereignty.
