This year we are organizing a series of panels focusing on lessons we have and haven’t learned during the pandemic in areas of broad public interest. 

Speaker and audience

Our first PDF Panel will focus on the restaurant industry, featuring Chef/Founder Amanda Cohen of Dirt Candy (NYC), Don Guerra, Chef/Founder of Barrio Bread and co-owner of Barrio Charro, Chef Maria Mazon, Chef/Founder of Boca Tacos, and will be moderated by Sabrina Medora. All three chef's have been nominated for the 2022 James Beard Restaurant and Chef Awards.
