Our first PDF Panel will focus on the restaurant industry, featuring Chef/Founder Amanda Cohen of Dirt Candy (NYC), Don Guerra, Chef/Founder of Barrio Bread and co-owner of Barrio Charro, Chef Maria Mazon, Chef/Founder of Boca Tacos, and will be moderated by Sabrina Medora. All three chef's have been nominated for the 2022 James Beard Restaurant and Chef Awards.
