The Center for the Philosophy of Freedom promotes the understanding and appreciation of the ideals of freedom and responsibility along four dimensions: published research, undergraduate education, graduate education and community outreach. Researchers from several disciplines, most prominently Political Philosophy, Economics, and the Law, come together to the explore the practical problems of organizing and running a flourishing human society.

Take Charge Today, housed within the University of Arizona’s Center for the Philosophy of Freedom, offers educators nationwide free, ready-to-teach personal finance curricula designed to enhance students’ financial literacy. The program provides over 75 modular lesson plans, developed in collaboration with university researchers, financial industry experts, and experienced educators, ensuring content is both comprehensive and classroom-tested.
