This Spring Semester, the Freedom Center has been joined by Charles Delmotte, a visiting scholar from Belgium. He received a Master in Moral Philosophy and a Master of Laws from Ghent University and is currently working towards his doctroal degree. His research topic is: “What (if any) taxation policy is morally legitimate? Deontological constraints for fiscal policy stemming the personal right to autonomy, property and self-usership.” Charles is also a practicing lawyer.
