The University of Arizona Freedom Center is proud to announce that Mary Rigdon has joined the Board of Directors for the Arizona Council on Economic Education (ACEE).

ACEE is dedicated to advancing financial literacy and economic education across Arizona, equipping students with essential skills for real-world decision-making. Through programs like the Stock Market Game, hands-on financial literacy workshops, and entrepreneurship initiatives, ACEE provides students with tools for navigating personal finance and career planning.

Mary has been a longtime advocate for economic education, playing a pivotal role in launching ACEE’s Invest in Girls program which empowers young women to develop financial confidence and economic understanding. Now, as a member of the Board of Directors, she will help guide ACEE’s mission to ensure even more Arizona students benefit from programs like these.

“ACEE plays a vital role in preparing Arizona students for financial success and economic literacy. ACEE’s programs help students develop decision-making skills that foster entrepreneurship, responsible spending, and informed career choices. ” — Mary Rigdon

We are thrilled to see Mary bring her expertise to ACEE and look forward to the impact she will make in shaping Arizona’s next generation.
